Wow, this place just gets better and better. First met Tracey last year and went in the day they opened and every opportunity since. Had plum crumble last visit-MADE THAT MORNING-LUSH. Two days previous spent 4 and a half hours there! Not rushed at all, Steve even offered me a chair to put my feet up last time, cool or what? I agree, best cakes/sweets/crepes anywhere-thanks Tracey. As said previous, clean loos, relaxed atmosphere, great conversation/s and attentive without being overpowering. See you a lot over the next week as I'm in Almunecar. Save me some salad with pomegranate in-ONLY Tracey could think of that-hasta luego both Phil X

What a great little cafe, super coffee, my partner had a crumble cake that was fantastic and I had a pesto panini ,wonderful. Owners are a mind of usefull info and very welcoming, even recommending other restaurants etc. and cant wait to go back. thanks

Fabulous cafe bar with something for everyone, whether you want a quick sandwich or a Tapas Platter you wont be disappointed, a great location, you can sit on the sunny terrace and gaze over the beach to the sea. Fresh, home cooked food, friendly,, attentive service and brilliant value for money.

Excellent food, especially the cake! Good friendly service. Love the little bit of cake with the great coffee. Nice to see a place where someone has REALLY thought about the decor, which adds to the 'good feel' within. Also, the standard never varies from 'very high', which is a real achievement. Strongly recommended.

Probably the most popular cafe in town, ideal location. Tracey, Steve and staff are very friendly and serve great coffee with a piece of cake on the side. Have had many a 'desayuno' there and I am on my way there shortly for lunch. Also a great place to meet up with friends.

Great place for good value lunch, friendly staff and the best clara in town. Always willing to please even offering marmite well worth a visit when next in town.

Just have to say what a great little cafe bar in Almunecar. We were staying in Motril for 5 weeks and we had the best meal in all that time at Ayer. Very friendly people and a mind of local info...best of all was the fresh prepared tabla of tapas washed down with a great sangria, will return xxxthanks again.

Sill the best place in town, for just a coffee or a superb lunch, just go and enjoy....ps dont ask Steve about the football!!!!

Lots said about this Cafe and all very true, in these very hard times the owners have maintained fantastic value for money and a quality rarely found in Almunecar. Keep up the good work.

Best place to eat for so many reasons, great low fat and full fat options. Amazing tasty salads, gorgeous juicy baguettes, yummy homemade cakes, very low prices but top quality food. Great friendly, polite staff. Love you guys - and your food!

Just had 10 days in Almunecar, this cafe is the best ever. We ate lunch every day as the quality is untouchable! the ice latte and Mojitos were fantastic. They even recommended other places to dine how refreshing. Will come next time thankyou so much.
