ARGENTINA STEAK HOUSE……GO FOR THE BURGERS !!!! MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALWAYS HAVE THE HOME MADE BURGERS HERE @ 9,OO EUROS A BARGAIN, VERY DANISH RESTAURANT (ARGENTINA !!) SUNDAY BUFFET IS GOOD VALUE. THE MEAT WAS A LITTLE WATERY (NOT DEFROSTED ENOUGH) AND THE OWNER CHRISTINE WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY BUT THIS DID NOT SPOIL OUR EVENING NOT SURE ABOUT OPENING TIMES AS THEY TEND TO CHANGE INFACT THE PLACE IS HARDLY EVER OPEN ONLY AT WEEK END!! …..RATE 6.5/10

when is this place ever open !!!! went on 3 different occasions and not bloody open. Cant park anyway so wont bother again. Why bother?

Not very nice comments but I do think that this place has suffered since the builing catastrophe in front!! I have has some good food here especially when Tony cooks it. Dont be to harsh on Christine some women are never happy lol, only joking....I am sure that they will come back stronger than ever.

I agree, I've had some very good meals here - burgers or rack of ribs being favourite - but the current situation with the new car park in front has affected all the businesses in this location, Argentina, Casa Paco´s et al

New owners Egon and Lars The food are even better than before. Try evrything and it is pefect. We eat there evry time when we are in almunecar. The Danish cook Morten is superb.

We have come to Almunecar for many years, and always happy to eat at Argentina Steakhouse. However i am so sorry to say, that i dont think we will be eating there anymore. The menu is dissappointingly small and prices high. It wood be lovely to see the menu as it was in the good old days, when Rodriqes And his wife, and later the dane Tonny was there! As it is know you can order food that any houswife can cook, but very small portions and to a very expensive price.Not that kind of food i would go to a restaurant to eat. But however!! The owner and his staff are very nice people, and saturday evening when Egon is playing music we will be there!BUT PLEASE!! Get the old menu back, and let the prices fall a bit, and i am sure customers will be back! three stars: one for the food, two for the music evenings

What a load of rubbish. If you like a 4oz steak not cooked very well with roasted veg you cant cut, with potato wedges that are uncooked in the middle and you want to pay 18.50 euro per head then this is the place for you. If you like nice food dont bother.
