Pizzeria with some promise, nice little lunch place and cosy on winter evenings, must be good because it has the worst location in town (little plaza full of graffiti)
not over expensive and service a little sterile. Would recommend to friends

Nice eating place worth trying to find. Good italian pastas.

La Trattaoria is one of my favourite lunch places in town. Pizzas and pastas are great and the escalopini in roquefort sauce is divine. The service can seem austere, but it is generally efficient - try the home made tiramisu for desert or the zopa inglesa - sooo rich.
My only gripe is that the restuarant does not have a no smoking area and the place can get very smokey because the bar is by the door and, with the door open most of the time, the smoke gets blown in to the restuarant.
That aside, don't be put off by the location, the food alone makes it worth the effort.
If you like La Trattoria, try Da Nicola's too.
